Helmut Newcake pioneered Paris's gluten-free patisserie scene in 2012. The current central location is at 144 rue Saint-Honoré (1st arr., near the Louvre) — open Tuesday to Saturday with a full menu of croissants, eclairs, millefeuille, tarts, and macarons made in a dedicated GF kitchen. A weekend pop-up at 30 avenue de Friedland (8th arr.) operates Saturdays only. Pastries run €4–7; savoury lunch plates around €16. Always verify hours via Instagram @helmutnewcake before visiting.
