The Empire State Building's 86th-floor open-air observation deck delivers unobstructed 360-degree views of all five boroughs on a clear day. The Art Deco lobby is a landmark in itself. For an even higher vantage point, the enclosed 102nd-floor top deck is available for $20 more. Tickets are $49 for adults; buy online in advance to avoid long queues.
