About This Activity
Hike 1.6 miles up the slopes of Diamond Head (Leahi), Oahu's most famous landmark. The trail winds through the volcanic crater with carved steps and tunnels, rewarding hikers with 360-degree views of Waikiki, the Pacific Ocean, and surrounding mountains. Entry is $5 per person plus $10 per vehicle; advance reservations required for non-residents (book up to 30 days ahead). Takes 1.5-2 hours round trip. Open 6am-6pm daily, last entry at 4pm.
