Special Tours' Northern Lights boat cruise departs from Reykjavík's Old Harbor and reaches dark water away from city lights within 15–20 minutes. The boat is heated and equipped with a café and souvenir shop; guests receive warm overalls for the outdoor viewing deck. Guides share aurora science and cultural mythology.
