Start at Hallgrímskirkja's 74.5m tower for panoramic views over Reykjavík's candy-colored rooftops and surrounding mountains. Stroll down Skólavörðustígur lined with independent boutiques and specialty coffee shops onto Laugavegur, the main shopping street. Finish at the old harbor, where fishing boats dock beside the glass-clad Harpa Concert Hall and seafood restaurants spill out onto the waterfront.
