Langjökull is Iceland's second-largest glacier and one of the most exhilarating places to snowmobile — a vast expanse of white ice at 1,450m above sea level with panoramic highland views. Tour price covers two people sharing one snowmobile; solo riders pay an extra fee. Combined ice tunnel and snowmobile packages are also available. Season is best Nov–May when snow conditions are reliable; summer glacier tours also operate but with variable snow cover. Current prices from ISK 36,900 per snowmobile.
