About This Activity
The Sentiero degli Dei (Path of the Gods) is the most dramatic mountain trail on the Amalfi Coast — a 7 km ridge-top path from Agerola to Nocelle that hangs 400-600 metres above the sea with panoramic views across to Capri and down the entire Amalfi coastline. The trail takes 3-4 hours one-way at a steady moderate pace through scrub oak, terraced lemon groves, and goat pastures. After reaching Nocelle, descend 1,700 steps to Positano (45 minutes) or take the local bus. Join a guided group for approximately €40-60 per person including guide and transport to the trailhead in Agerola.
Seasonal note: Avoid mid-summer midday heat; spring wildflowers and autumn colour make the hike exceptional
