Fábrica La Aurora is a converted 19th-century textile mill now housing 30+ art galleries, design studios, and antique shops. Walk through the airy industrial spaces watching painters, sculptors, and glassblowers at work. Entry is free. Open Mon-Sat 10am-6pm, Sun 11am-5pm. Located a 10-minute walk north of the main plaza. Allow 2 hours to browse comfortably.
