Poipu Beach Park on Kauai's south shore is the island's sunniest location. The beach features calm swimming waters in summer, golden sand, and frequent Hawaiian monk seal sightings. The park has lifeguards, restrooms, and excellent snorkeling just offshore. Nearby restaurants and shops line Poipu Road. Ideal for families and beach lovers. Winter swells can make the water rougher Nov-Mar.
