These terms govern your use of trip.fish, operated by TRIPFISH, LLC. By using the site you agree to them.
The service
Trip Fish publishes generated travel itineraries and related guides, free of charge. We also offer a paid API. Nothing here is a booking service — we do not sell, reserve, or hold travel of any kind.
No warranty on travel information
Itineraries are generated automatically from a curated activity database. Opening hours, prices, seasonal availability, transport times, and accommodation rates change constantly and may be wrong or out of date on any given page. Verify everything with the operator before you travel or book. The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
You are responsible for your own travel decisions, including visas, insurance, health requirements, and safety.
Affiliate links
Some links are affiliate links — we may earn a small commission, but it never costs you extra. Booking links point to third-party providers such as Booking.com. Your booking is a contract between you and that provider — TRIPFISH, LLC is not a party to it and has no responsibility for it. Their terms, cancellation rules, and privacy policies apply.
Acceptable use
You may read, share, and link to anything on this site. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, resell or republish the itinerary content as your own, circumvent access controls, or use the site to break the law. Automated access to the itinerary data is available through the API — use that instead of a crawler.
Intellectual property
The itinerary engine, generated content, page design, and the Trip Fish name and marks belong to TRIPFISH, LLC. Photographs are licensed from their respective photographers via Unsplash and are credited on the pages where they appear; their licence terms govern reuse. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
API terms
API access is subject to the plan you sign up for, including its monthly call limit and attribution requirement. We may rate-limit or suspend access that exceeds the plan or degrades the service for others. Pricing and limits are listed on the developers page and may change with notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRIPFISH, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or travel costs, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms, and may modify or discontinue any part of the site, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where you have mandatory consumer rights under the law of your own country, those rights are unaffected.
