The Islas del Rosario are a national park archipelago of 27 coral islands about 35km southwest of Cartagena, offering turquoise water, white sand, and some of Colombia's best snorkeling. Speed boats depart daily from the Muelle de los Pegasos around 8–9 AM, making stops at coral gardens before landing on a main island. Day-tour packages typically include lunch, snorkeling equipment, and a visit to the open-water aquarium. Return by late afternoon. Book the day before through your hotel or at the dock.
