About This Activity
City Park is Denver's 330-acre urban oasis and home to two major attractions: the Denver Museum of Nature & Science and the Denver Zoo. The park's Ferril Lake provides a postcard-perfect reflection of the downtown skyline backed by the Rocky Mountains. Paths wind past gardens, playgrounds, and the historic City Park Pavilion. The Museum of Nature & Science is particularly strong in its dinosaur exhibits, space science, and Egyptian mummies. The park is free to enter; museum and zoo have separate admission.
