Denver is one of America's top craft beer cities, with over 70 breweries in the metro area. A self-guided brewery crawl is one of the best ways to experience the local culture. In LoDo, hit Wynkoop Brewing (Colorado's first brewpub) and Great Divide Brewing. In RiNo, try Ratio Beerworks and Bierstadt Lagerhaus. The Highlands neighborhood offers Cerebral Brewing and Odell Brewing's Denver taproom. Most taprooms offer flights ($8-15) and are within walking or short rideshare distance of each other.
Seasonal note: Year-round activity. Most breweries closed Monday–Tuesday; best Thu–Sun. Outdoor beer gardens open May–October.
