Join an experienced guide for a hike up St. Mary’s Glacier. You’ll ascend through the Colorado forest and end with a breathtaking panoramic view after only a 1.5 mile round-trip hike. Then head to Idaho Springs, the historic gold mining town, to refuel at the classic spot Beau Jo’s before your next destination: natural geothermal cave pools. The soak is the perfect reward for your muscles after a long hike.
Seasonal note: Seasonal — accessible June through October. Best July–September when glacier is most accessible. Snowpack may limit access in early June.
