Phoenix Park Dublin — Deer, Presidential Residence & Dublin Zoo
Dublin, Ireland
About This Activity
Phoenix Park is one of Europe's largest enclosed urban parks, enclosing 1,750 acres of woodland, grassland, and gardens just 3km from central Dublin. A herd of 600 fallow deer roams freely throughout, and the Park contains the Áras an Uachtaráin (Irish President's official residence, free guided tours Saturdays), the US Ambassador's residence, and Dublin Zoo (paid entry). Hire a bike from the park entrance for the best way to cover the grounds.
Seasonal note: Best Apr–Sep; presidential tours run Saturdays year-round
