About This Activity

This 3-hour morning cooking class in a clifftop terrace kitchen uses Sorrento's prized local ingredients: IGP lemons, local olive oil, and fresh clams from the bay. Kids love shaping the gnocchi and squeezing lemons for the dessert. You'll make spaghetti alle vongole (clams), potato gnocchi baked in tomato and mozzarella, and a delizia al limone (lemon cream dessert) from scratch.
