About This Activity
Birrificio Sorrento is the only craft brewery on the Sorrentine Peninsula, producing unfiltered beers using IGP Sorrento lemons, local walnuts, and citrus peel as flavor additives. The 1.5-hour guided tour explains bottle-fermentation and barrel conditioning, then includes tastings of 4-5 beers paired with local cheese and charcuterie.
