The Gargiulo family olive press (frantoio) has produced Sorrentino DOP olive oil from their terraced groves since the 16th century. The 1-hour guided tour explains the pressing process (cold-press versus traditional stone mill), the difference between harvest timings, and how to evaluate oil quality.
