Handmade Udon Noodle Class in Osaka
Osaka, Japan
About This Activity
In this 3-hour udon making class in central Osaka, a udon shop owner teaches you to mix, knead, and hand-roll dough before cutting your noodles to the correct width. You then cook them yourself and eat with two dashi broths — classic bonito kombu stock and Osaka-style curry broth. The class ends with a brief sake pairing tasting using local Nada sake. Class is conducted in English with hands-on demonstration throughout. Groups are small (max 10); no experience needed.
Seasonal note: Available year-round
