About This Activity

Escape to Nikko, a mountainous sanctuary 120 km north of Tokyo famous for the stunning Toshogu Shrine complex (¥1,600 adults) and Lake Chuzenji. This full-day excursion includes visits to ornate shrines surrounded by ancient cedar forests, a scenic mountain lake with views of Mt. Nantai, and the dramatic Kegon Falls plunging 97 meters. Seasonal note: Best spring cherry blossoms and autumn foliage; winter snow is beautiful but cold
