About This Activity

Drive the 18-mile scenic road through Bryce Canyon, stopping at 13 viewpoints overlooking the world's largest collection of hoodoos -- thin rock spires rising from the amphitheater floor. Key stops include Sunrise Point, Sunset Point (start of the Navajo Loop Trail), Inspiration Point, Bryce Point, and Natural Bridge. The park is at 8,000-9,100 feet elevation, keeping temperatures cooler than surrounding desert. Park entrance is $35/vehicle (7-day pass). As of 2026, non-US residents pay an additional $100 surcharge. A free shuttle runs May through October between the visitor center and Bryce Amphitheater viewpoints.
