Atacama Astrophotography Stargazing Tour
San Pedro de Atacama, Chile
About This Activity
AtacamaStargazing operates from the light-pollution-free Ayllu de Cúcuter, using six research-grade telescopes including five 12-inch Dobsonian Newtonians and a Unistellar eVscope for deep-space digital astrophotography. Expert bilingual guides help guests capture and take home their own Milky Way photographs. Groups are kept small for hands-on telescope access. Tours run nightly except around the full moon.
Seasonal note: Best dry season Mar-Oct; avoid full moon nights
