About This Activity
Perissa is a 7 km sweep of glistening jet-black volcanic sand — one of Greece's most unique beach experiences. The Mesa Vouno headland divides it from the adjacent Perivolos and Agios Georgios beaches. The village of Perissa behind the beach has dozens of tavernas, beach bars, and watersports operators. The water is calm and clear with excellent snorkeling over volcanic rock formations. Sunbeds and umbrellas available for rent.
