About This Activity
Depart Manarola station and walk uphill through terraced vineyards that local farmers have hand-tended on 60-degree stone slopes for centuries. At a local producer's cantina, taste 4-6 wines including the dry Cinque Terre DOC white (made from Bosco, Albarola, and Vermentino grapes) and the prized Sciacchetrà passito dessert wine — one of Italy's rarest, made from partially dried grapes. Local focaccia di Recco and aged cheeses accompany the tasting. Group tours typically cost €60-80 per person including guide, transport from the station, and wines.
