About This Activity

No dive experience required — Arbaspaa's instructors lead you through a 30-minute theory lesson on shore, then guide you on a shallow boat dive (max 10 metres depth) inside the Portovenere marine protected area. The reserve's crystal-clear water has visibility up to 30 metres and is populated by posidonia seagrass meadows, schools of bream, moray eels, and occasional octopus. The dive ends with an SSI Discover Scuba certificate recognizing your first open-water experience. Approximately €118 per person. Book directly with Arbaspaa in La Spezia or Monterosso.

Seasonal note: Water temperature 18-26°C from May-October; best visibility in June-September
