About This Activity
Launch from Monterosso beach with a guide and kayak south along the Cinque Terre's marine protected coastline, ducking into sea caves, passing below the terraced vineyards, and stopping in secluded coves for a swim in the protected marine reserve. The 3-hour tour covers approximately 8-10 km with experienced guides from Arbaspaa, who also explain the marine conservation efforts underway in the park. No experience required; tandem kayaks available. Group tours approximately €100 per person; book via Arbaspaa or Viator.
Seasonal note: Sea conditions calmest in summer; tours cancelled in rough seas or high swell
