About This Activity
Rent or join a guided SUP session from Monterosso al Mare and paddle north along the coast to Punta Mesco — a rocky headland that gives a unique vantage point with all five Cinque Terre villages visible in a single line. Snorkel gear is available to explore the rocky seabed of the marine protected area. The session includes 20 minutes of instruction before launching. Guided SUP tours run approximately 3 hours and cost €50-70 per person; solo board rental is cheaper if you have experience.
Seasonal note: Calm conditions required; afternoon sea breezes can make paddling harder — go in the morning
