Experience Cinque Terre from 1,000 metres above — a tandem paragliding flight launched from ridgelines above Monterosso or from alternative sites depending on wind conditions (the pilot selects the optimal launch 24 hours ahead). The 15-20 minute flight glides over the five coloured villages, terraced vineyards, and the turquoise Ligurian Sea below. No experience required — you run together with the pilot to launch and land on the beach. Flights cost approximately €150-175 per person.
