Ancient Rome Walking Tour — Forum & Palatine Hill
Rome, Italy
About This Activity
The Roman Forum was the political center of the ancient world for 900 years — walk its Via Sacra past the Temple of Saturn, the Arch of Titus, and the House of the Vestals. Climb Palatine Hill, where emperors built their palaces, for sweeping views over the Forum below. Allow 3 hours minimum; the site is large, exposed, and best walked with a printed map or audio guide. Combined ticket with the Colosseum costs €18.
Seasonal note: Best spring and autumn; summer very hot and crowded; open daily except 1 Jan and 25 Dec
