About This Activity
The Hakone Sightseeing Cruise operates four pirate-themed ships across Lake Ashi between Togendai, Hakone-machi, and Moto-Hakone ports. A one-way ticket costs ¥1,700 adults (round-trip ¥3,000); the Hakone Free Pass includes unlimited rides. The 25-40 minute crossing offers Mt. Fuji views on clear mornings (best Oct-Feb). First sailing departs 9:30 am; last sailing returns at 4:30 pm. Special cabin upgrade available for an extra ¥1,480.
