T's TanTan inside Tokyo Station (Keiyo Street level) is Japan's most celebrated vegan and gluten-free ramen restaurant, offering wheat-free broth using rice noodles and tamari-based seasoning. The shop has been in operation since 2011 and is well-known among international GF and vegan travellers. Signature bowls include sesame tantanmen and mushroom broth variants; all made without wheat, dairy, eggs, or meat. A bowl costs ¥1,100–1,400. The station location makes it convenient before or after Shinkansen travel.
