Marrakech Medina Souk Walking Tour
Marrakech, Morocco
About This Activity
The souks of Marrakech's medina are a sensory overload of color, scent, and sound stretching through narrow alleyways for kilometers. Each section specializes in a different craft: the Souk des Teinturiers (dyers) with its rainbow of hanging wool, the spice market fragrant with cumin and saffron, the leather souk where artisans shape bags and slippers by hand. A guided tour helps navigate the maze and reveals hidden workshops and artisan cooperatives. Group tours start from around 250 MAD per person.
Seasonal note: Best Oct-Apr; mornings less crowded, souks closed Fridays at noon
