The Polynesian Spa features multiple pools ranging from 38–42°C, with alkaline (silky, skin-softening) and acidic (mineral-rich) waters fed by natural hot springs. The Deluxe Lake Spa pools sit right on the lake edge — steam rising against open water — from around NZ$80 per adult. Pavilion Adult Pools (12+) from around NZ$50. Arrive at opening (8am) or after 3pm for the shortest queues. Private lake-view pools are available for a more secluded experience. Book online in advance during peak summer.
