Palau de la Música Catalana
Barcelona, Spain
About This Activity
Lluís Domènech i Montaner's Palau de la Música Catalana (1908) is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the pinnacle of Catalan Modernisme. The facade explodes with mosaic columns, terracotta busts of composers, and a massive stained-glass skylight that floods the concert hall with natural light. Guided tours run daily at around €22 per adult (€20 for groups of 15+). Attending a live concert — the Orfeó Català performs here regularly — is the most atmospheric way to experience the space. Book far in advance for popular performances.
Seasonal note: Year-round guided tours. Concert season runs October to June; book ahead for specific performances.
