About This Activity

Park Güell was conceived as a garden city for Barcelona's elite but never completed — Gaudí's whimsical vision transformed it into a public park of extraordinary imagination. The ticketed Monumental Zone (€18) includes the mosaic terrace with its serpentine bench, the Hypostyle Room of 86 Doric columns, and the iconic gingerbread gatehouses. A combined ticket with the Gaudí House Museum is €24. The upper park is free and offers sweeping views across Barcelona to the sea. Go early morning to avoid the worst crowds; 1,400 visitors are allowed in per half hour.

Seasonal note: Year-round; pre-book timed tickets — slots sell out quickly in summer.
