Sky Tower Auckland
Auckland, New Zealand
About This Activity
At 328 metres, the Sky Tower is New Zealand's tallest free-standing structure, offering 360-degree views stretching to the Hauraki Gulf islands and Waitemata Harbour on clear days. The main observation deck at 186m includes glass-floor panels directly above the street — the Sky Deck at level 60 adds even higher vantage points. Afterwards, the Viaduct Harbour is a 10-minute walk — a lively waterfront precinct lined with restaurants, bars, and superyachts that twice hosted the America's Cup.
Seasonal note: Open year-round; clearest views in NZ summer (Dec–Mar). Avoid overcast winter days for best panoramas.
