Argentine Empanada Cooking Class
Buenos Aires, Argentina
About This Activity
Join a hands-on cooking class in a Palermo home kitchen where a local chef teaches you to make Argentine empanadas from scratch — kneading the dough, preparing regional fillings (beef, corn, spinach-cheese), and crimping the repulgue (decorative fold). The class also covers mate tea preparation and etiquette. You eat everything you make, paired with Argentine wine. Classes run 3 hours and accommodate beginners. From $55 USD per person.
Seasonal note: Year-round; great rainy-day activity.
