About This Activity

North Cheyenne Canon Park is a stunning 1,600-acre city park featuring dramatic canyon scenery, Helen Hunt Falls waterfall, and excellent hiking trails. The Mount Cutler Trail (1.7 miles round trip) rewards with panoramic views of the city and surrounding mountains. The park is home to diverse wildlife including black bears, mountain lions, and over 100 bird species. The Starsmore Visitor and Nature Center at the park entrance has exhibits on local ecology. Free admission and parking. Open May-October 5 AM - 9 PM, November-April 5 AM - 7 PM.
