Fes Pottery & Ceramics Workshop
Fes, Morocco
About This Activity
Fes has been Morocco's ceramics capital for centuries. Visit a cooperative on the hillside overlooking the medina where artisans shape, fire, and hand-paint traditional blue-and-white Fassi pottery using techniques passed down for generations. Watch the entire process from raw clay to finished product, then try painting your own zellige-inspired tile or bowl. Admission to the pottery village is free; painting workshops start from around 80-150 MAD. The terrace also offers panoramic views of the medina.
Seasonal note: Year-round
