About This Activity
The Remarkables is Queenstown's most dramatic ski backdrop — a serrated ridgeline of schist peaks rising to 2,319m that faces nearly perfectly east-west and catches extraordinary light. The ski field runs from June to September with excellent beginner and intermediate terrain plus jaw-dropping Lake Wakatipu views from every run. Full-day adult lift passes from NZ$229 (including shuttle from Queenstown). The season typically runs late June to early September; the ski field is closed in summer. Book passes online in advance for the best rates.
