The Prado is Spain's national art museum and one of the most visited in the world, housing over 8,000 paintings. General admission is €15; free entry Monday–Saturday from 6–8 PM and Sundays and public holidays from 5–7 PM. Book timed-entry tickets online to skip the queue during peak hours. Combined Paseo del Arte tickets covering Prado, Reina Sofía, and Thyssen save money.
