Phuket FantaSea is a 140-acre entertainment complex in Kamala that bills itself as 'The Fantasy of a Kingdom' — a theatrical production combining Thai mythology, classical dance, acrobatics, and pyrotechnics. Tickets start at 1,800 THB (show only) or 2,200 THB with the 100-dish dinner buffet; children receive a small discount. The show runs Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday from 5:30pm, with the performance starting around 8pm. Note that the show has historically featured live animals, which some visitors may wish to consider. Primarily appeals to families seeking a grand introduction to Thai performance culture.
