The War Remnants Museum (Bảo tàng Chứng tích Chiến tranh) at 28 Vo Van Tan, District 3, receives over 500,000 visitors per year. Three floors cover the American War from a Vietnamese perspective: graphic photography of civilian casualties, Agent Orange birth defect displays, confiscated military equipment in the courtyard (tanks, helicopters, bombers), and the Tiger Cages prison history. The content is unflinching and can be emotionally overwhelming — allow 2–3 hours. Entry is 40,000 VND (~$1.60) for adults. Open daily 7:30am–5:30pm.
