About This Activity
Calling all history buffs: Colorado's oldest aviation museum is housed at Peterson Air Force Base and home to exhibits featuring the WWII Peterson Army Air Base and the US Air Force Space Command. The Museum has four original airfield structures, and its airpark collection displays sixteen aircrafts and ten missiles. Visitors can also interact with missile launching training simulators and interactive kiosks to learn in depth of missions carried out by the Air Force Space Command.
