About This Activity
Venice has over 100 bacari — neighborhood wine bars serving cicchetti (small bites: baccala mantecato on bread, sarde in saor, polpette meatballs) alongside local wines. This 2.5-hour tour visits 4-5 bacari in the Cannaregio, Rialto, and San Polo neighborhoods that locals actually use, avoiding tourist-facing restaurants near San Marco. You'll sample 8-10 different cicchetti and 3-4 wines from Veneto and Friuli producers. Groups max 10; departures at 11:30 AM and 6 PM.
