Asano Taro, certified by the Japanese government as a genuine swordsmith, opens his private atelier for a full-day knife-forging workshop. Using traditional tamahagane steel techniques, you hammer, fold, and grind your own blade under his direct instruction. The process covers fire welding, quenching, and handle attachment — producing a functional knife you take home. This is one of Japan's most in-depth craft immersion experiences, with very limited availability. Reserve several months in advance.
